Healthy Habits .1 - A Lifestyle Change

The other day I sat at my desk and had a flick through my little notebook of blog ideas, deciding what to write about. I had just ordered pizza for my sister and I after eating healthy and exercising for a couple of weeks - then completely stopping (I currently haven't been to the gym for four days) because I'd worn myself out.


I do this ALL the time. I eat pretty healthy usually, luckily I love healthy food. But when I let myself have one treat, somehow it opens up the floodgates and the one treat turns into a week of bad eating. I love exercising and eating healthy, the problem is I also love naughty food and being lazy.



So, I bought 'Eat. Nourish. Glow.' and started to read; the concept is a great idea, improve your relationship with food. A lifestyle change, not a diet. Considering I love healthy food, I'm hoping that this book will inspire me whilst giving me a few recipes and tips on staying healthy.

I've decided that I'm going to start a 'Healthy Habits' series on my blog. I'll post my healthy habits and any recipes I may have conjured up (I'm always experimenting in the kitchen).

I need to stay consistent and create some healthy habits that will stick with me for life, I'd love to lose a bit of weight and tone up as well.
